At present, the reform of financial system in China has developed in depth.Although the wealth management business in commercial banks starts late, itdevelops rapidly. Due to the constraints of national laws and regulations as well asother factors about the financial management system, the business still has it’sdrawbacks compared with the developed countries and regions. Many problems doexist in the process of the development of wealth management service incommercial banks, which is at higher risk and worsens the overall economicdevelopment.The great concern on the risk prevention of financial products shouldbe aroused by all walks of our society. Meanwhile, the bank financial products and risk types areclassified and divided. A detailed analysis of risks in the financial products ofcommercial banks in China is made through specific cases and the problems in therisk management of the bank financing product are probed. The specific preventionand control of the risk management system is put forward with the experience ofadvanced countries and regions so as to promote the healthy, orderly, andstandardized development of financial business in commercial banks.
