Research On Retail Outlets Transformation Strategy Of China Guangfa Bank Under Interest Rate Liberalization

With the interest rate market reform,in 2012 June to adjust the loan deposit,on the lower limit of the floating range;and in 2013 July,the full liberalization of the loan interest rate control,the interest rate market reform is one more step with CDs gradually put on the agenda,the interest rate market has not fully liberalized as an important participant in the far.The financial sector,the joint-stock banks is not only beneficial to the promoter and conduction of market-oriented interest rate reform,but also accept the influence of interest rate marketization reform is the most direct credit institutions,all need to face this reform brings challenges and opportunities,and to comply with the laws of market development MeasuresIn this paper,the most typical joint-stock bank in China,Guangdong development bank Harbin Branch is chosen to be the subject of the study.It illustrates basic theories,specific causes and main influences of liberalization of interest rate and also elaborates specific stages of reform of liberalization of interest rate in our country.From experience in foreign countries,it concludes basic rules of liberalization of interest rate for joint-stock banks.After this,it analyzes the historical development,current situation and characteristics of Guangdong development bank and Guangdong development bank Harbin Branch.Meanwhile,based on the characteristics of reform of liberalization of interest rate,it analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,challenges and opportu nities of retail website of Guangdong development Harbin Branch under this background.Finally,based on these arguments,it proposes ‘intelligence,simplification,flattening and distinctness,which is the strategy of retail website of Harbin Branch to deal with liberalization of interest rate.This strategy helps the Harbin Branch to cut down costs effectively and lays the foundation of distinctive operation in the future.As liberalization of interest rate comes soon,this paper has a theoretical and experimental influence on the study of Guangdong Development Bank Harbin Branch.
