Research On The Development Of Interbank Business For ICBC Heilongjiang Branch

In recent years,depending on commercial bank interbank business’ s advantages of less occupancy of economic capital and lower requirements,it has become an important tool of domestic bank to relief pressure of credit growth and promote the adjustment of credit structure.With the further exploration of its active investment function,interbank business achieve a rapid growth.Due to affected by the operation and management system of the general bank and branch’s own business and operational capabilities,although the interbank business of ICBC Heilongjiang Branch has achieved some achievements after it developed over a period of time,but there still are obvious gaps and room for improvement.Therefore,how to formulate the suitable countermeasures for interbank business development from its own situation has become a subject that ICBC Heilongjiang Branch must study.This paper first gives an overview of the interbank business of commercial banks combined with the development of the interbank business of the major domestic commercial banks,summarizing the operating structure and development ideas of the interbank business of the major domestic commercial banks,making a comparison analysis with the development of interbank business at ICBC,pointing out the affects of general bank level difference on branch bank interbank business development.Then taking Heilongjiang Branch of ICBC as the research object,analyzing the development situation of this bank’s interbank business,combing the factors that influence the interbank business development and further analyzing the problems.Finally,aiming at the above problems,put forward the development countermeasures of interbank business of Heilongjiang branch of ICBC: establishing an effective management mode,strengthening the interbank business capital pricing ability,establishing the perfect marketing promotion mechanism,establishing the risk control system matched with the business situation,and provide practical guidance for the future development of interbank business of Heilongjiang Branch of ICBC.
