Research On Execution Process Management Methods Of MRO Services For Complex Products

At present,with the rapid development of information technology and the continuous improvement of productivity and manufacturing level,products are becoming more and more homogeneous,and the competition in manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to occupy a more important position in the market,the service transformation of manufacturing industry has become a new trend.MRO service is the general term of maintenance,repair and overhaul,which describes the service process from the perspective of the product life cycle.With the efficiency and quality of product services have become the key factors for the survival and development of enterprises,the MRO service has become the main revenue of these manufacturing enterprises.In view of the complex business objects,uncertain business relations,inconsistent data and long response period in the traditional work mode of MRO service for complex products,which lead to difficulties in revenue,inefficiency and low customer satisfaction in the process of service transformation of enterprises,this paper studies how to achieve MRO service management more effectively in MRO service supply chain of complex products and its node enterprises.According to the actual operation characteristics,we also introduce the behavioral operations research theory and block chain technology theory,to provides practical guidance for the implementation and management of MRO services for complex products.The main research contents are as follows:The idea of supply chain is introduced into service management.,and an MRO service supply chain considering the characteristics of complex products is constructed in this paper,introducing the behavioral factors of altruistic preference.We try to explore the specific impact of altruistic preference on service providers in the different decision-making modes,and study how the altruistic behavior of enterprises can improve their service levels and corporate efficiency.Through analysis,it is found that the supply chain with altruistic preference is far more effective than that without altruistic preference;the leader in the service supply chain needs to release goodwill more actively to prompt participants to respond to altruism;both sides with altruism are more beneficial to the unilateral service level or to the overall benefit of the supply chain;the altruistic intensity of dominant and participant in the service supply chain needs to be controlled within a reasonable range to achieve the best results.After studying the MRO service supply chain as a whole,we focus on the specific service nodes in the service supply chain.In order to ensure the consistency and traceability of enterprise service data and eliminate the information island of MRO service,this paper uses block chain technology to build an MROChain system which can be applied to MRO service management of manufacturing enterprises,to achieve rapid response services with multiscenarios and multi-requirements.Firstly,the XBOM mapping mathematical model of complex products is established,and we describe clearly the evolution process and mapping mode of service BOM(SBOM,Service BOM),which ensures the consistency of complex product structure data and other MRO service data.Then,according to the core business characteristics of MRO service,a double sub-chain model,that is service resource matching chain and SBOM storage chain,is designed.Finally,we evaluate the performance of the MROChain system,which verifies the superiority and good applicability of MROChain system.
