| With the improvement of people’s living standards,consumers prefer paying more attention to the quality and safety of products to the price and type of products when purchasing products.In recent years,food,medicines and other industries directly related to people’s life and health have repeatedly experienced quality problems,which has made consumers be more sensitive to product quality and safety.Product quality traceability is the basis for product quality control and customer satisfaction.The use of advanced information technology to achieve an electronic product traceability system allows consumers to understand product information through credible channels,and also allows companies to achieve brand protection.Therefore,product traceability has an important impact on both consumers and businesses.This paper mainly studies the optimization of DE company product quality traceability system based on block chain technology,and designs product quality traceability system optimization plan for the optimization demand of the company’s product quality traceability system construction.This paper sorts out the current status of the current product traceability system of DE company.And through the interviews with the staff of DE company’s product quality traceability system and the questionnaire survey of DE company’s customers,the paper does analysis from the aspects of the enterprise and the customer.It is found that the current product quality traceability system of DE company has two major problems.One of them is the lack of credibility of quality traceability information,the other one is the lack of quality traceability information sharing.By sorting out the causes of the problems,this paper finds that the centralized structure of the quality information traceability system and the easy tampering of data are the important reasons for the lack of credibility and sharing of the quality information traceability system.Therefore,improving the centralization structure and data tampering of traceability system are identified as the starting point of the optimization scheme.After determining the optimization objectives,this paper analyze the feasibility of using block chain technology to solve the problem of data tampering and tracing system centralized structure and the basic ideas for solving the problem.After determining the optimization objectives,based on the core technical characteristics of the block chain technology,this paper uses the block chain technology to solve the feasibility of data tampering and traceability system centralization structure optimization,and explains the basic ideas for solving the problem.Before introducing the block chain technology to optimize the traceability system,this study sorts out and analyzes the current business process of DE’s product quality traceability firstly,then conducts business process reengineering(BPR)to form a business process that fits the block chain technology.On this basis,a multi-participating product quality traceability system optimization scheme with block chain technology as the underlying technology was constructed.The study elaborated and explained the scheme from three aspects:the definition of the participating entities(DE company,the supplier of Chinese herbal medicine accessories,the logistics cooperation enterprise,supervision department,customer),the overall architecture design of the system and the subsystem functional design.The overall technical architecture of the product quality traceability system is designed with three modules(base module,core module,and interaction module)of the seven-layer architecture.The subsystem function design mainly includes the module function design of aquaculture management subsystem,auxiliary material supplier management subsystem,production processing management subsystem,quality inspection management subsystem,warehousing logistics management subsystem,sales management subsystem,food and drug inspection and testing center,supervision department management subsystem and customer service management subsystem.This study uses the decentralized multi-party participation in the retrospective model design,and combines the management ideas of BPR with the technical application of block chain technology.It has certain reference significance for the application of block chain technology in the field of product quality traceability system optimization in China. |
