Research On Innovation Strategy Of Agricultural Financial Service In Xinmin City Of Liaoning Province

With the continuous advance of agricultural supply-side reform,rural areas are actively exploring new ways of development in agricultural development,adjusting the industrial structure based on the advantages of agricultural industries in various regions,seeking the focal point of agricultural development,and creating the characteristics of regional agricultural industries.In the process of agricultural development,non-bank financial institutions can play a huge role,especially in agricultural loans,agricultural insurance,agricultural policy support,to support the comprehensive,comprehensive financial services for rural development of agriculture,agricultural industrialization has a great role in promoting the development.Therefore,this paper took this as the research focus,combined with the actual operation of R insurance company’s Liaoning branch,combined with the investigation and research to understand the actual needs of farmers for agricultural insurance,so as to actively explore the effective strategies of agricultural insurance support of insurance companies.Xinmin region is rich in industrial resources and has a certain market foundation in the production of agricultural products.In recent years,with the promotion of modern agricultural development and the comprehensive supporting reform of new cities and towns,agricultural development is gradually moving towards the development goal of "strong agriculture,beautiful countryside and rich farmers".From the perspective of agricultural insurance service,this paper combines the chain based on agriculture and the joint development of multiple industries to form a perfect agricultural insurance product design,strengthen the service force of agricultural insurance,reduce agricultural pressure,and make farmers rich without worries.The research of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the research purpose,significance and current research status at home and abroad,and establishes the research foundation for this paper.The second part is the basic concept and related theoretical basis.The concept and theory of agricultural insurance are analyzed to lay the theoretical research foundation of this paper.The third part is the development status of agricultural insurance in Xinmin city,focusing on the analysis of the service demand of agricultural insurance in Xinmin city.The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of the existing problems and causes of agricultural insurance services in Xinmin city.Through the questionnaire,the actual needs of farmers for agricultural insurance are understood.The fifth part is the countermeasure research of agricultural insurance service in Xinmin city,which focuses on enriching the construction of agricultural service system and providing service support for agricultural development.
