| Now the world is in the era of knowledge economy,and the market environment and pattern are changing rapidly.The high technology design institute,the future development of the whole world is definitely towards the era of knowledge and information.For the design institute,if it is to win the increasingly fierce market competition,it will undoubtedly need to strengthen its core technology and scientific knowledge.How to establish an incentive mechanism for skilled employees and effectively motivate skilled employees,so as to give full play to the capabilities of skilled workers and achieve win-win results for employees and enterprises is the key to sustainable development of enterprises.In this paper,the improvement of the incentive mechanism of the core technical staff of JXY Design Institute is studied by means of literature analysis and combination of theory and practice.First,we analyze the background and significance of the research,introduce the research status of domestic and foreign scholars in this field,and illustrate the research contents and research methods,as well as the innovation and research framework.The related theory and the definition of technical staff and the related incentive theories,and the analysis of the JXY Design Institute core technical staff incentive status and problems were analyzed,the core technology of JXY Design Institute staff incentive problems conducted in-depth research,found that the Design Institute of technology staff incentive problems there are management personnel and technical personnel in the treatment of the poor,the performance appraisal index set unreasonable,channel promotion development is not clear the responsibility division and professional and technical personnel of the single,in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems,finally based on relevant incentive principles,established a mechanism structure of core technology of JXY Design Institute staff incentive the model,put forward the incentive mechanism of technological workers improvement program,construction of scientific performance appraisal system,JXY The core technology staff of the design institute should stimulate the incentive strategies,such as the value of the core technicians and the awareness of the core technicians.Finally,we should expand the promotion channels for the core technical staff and provide corresponding safeguards.This paper considers that the technical employees have their own characteristics,so they should carry out the incentive measures pertinent.For technical employees,the important thing is not only the economic elements,but also the non economic elements.To fully motivate the technical staff,we should not only attach importance to material incentives,but also pay more attention to spiritual incentives.On the one hand,it should take into account the employee’s business performance appraisal performance,and give the employee material rewards in combination with relevant assessment standards and systems;On the other hand,some spiritual or internal rewards should be given in combination with the company’s culture,development goals and other long-term interests. |
