As a strategic emerging industry in China,LED industry has formed a relatively complete industrial chain and a large industrial scale after decades of development.However,with the continuous expansion of the LED market scale,the homogeneity competition of products in the industry is increasingly prominent,product prices continue to decline,and the industry presents a vicious competitive situation.Scientific decisions such as reconstructing the competition pattern,adjusting the business structure and choosing the strategy of transformation and upgrading have become urgent issues for the continuous development of LED industry and enterprises.General lighting market is the main body of LED industry.LED smart plant lighting belongs to the cross-border integration and innovative application of LED in agriculture,and it is an important development direction of LED market segmentation.In particular,LED,with its advantages of color simplicity and controllability,combined with Internet of things technology and computer technology,emerges as the solution of high-performance LED intelligent plant lighting system.LED smart plant lighting market has both policy support and great development prospect.In the promotion of sustainable development of HP company,the LED intelligent plant lighting field has become an important strategic choice for its business development with rationality and feasibility.This paper use the PEST tool to HP company LED plant light business development external macro environment,industry situation and market situation is analyzed,using the potter five model analyzes the competition environment,coupled with the allocation of resources,the core technical ability of the HP company strategy key factors in enterprise internal environment is analyzed,finally through the strategy of the SWOT matrix analysis,summarized,clarify its strategic choice,strategy implementation and puts forward the corresponding measures.According to the research,HP should make use of its technical advantages and other resource advantages to develop the LED plant lighting business,and make clear the market positioning targeted at the greenhouse lighting,plant tissue culture,plant factory and pest trapping in the LED plant lighting field.Develop a full series and multi-specification LED plant lighting lamps with diversified demands for light by different plant growth mechanisms,and realize intelligent interconnected plant lighting control product positioning by using Internet technology and semiconductor technology;Focus on the coordinated development of upstream and downstream business,provide customers with differentiated products and services,and create an internationally competitive LED plant lighting enterprise company positioning.HP company for promoting the development of the international market and domestic market synchronization mode,under the guide of technical innovation as the competition strategy,through the implementation of operational strategy,business strategy and organization,the function of enterprise internal security measures such as manpower,money,to ensure the healthy development of the company business in the field of LED lighting plants,the realization of enterprise strategic upgrade.
