Cross-border e-commerce is a new type of trade,mainly refers that different countries achieve the transaction through the e-commerce platform.In recent years,cross-border e-commerce in China is developing rapidly;the total transaction growth has far exceeded the total traditional import and export foreign trade growth.Information age,the cross-border e-commerce business not only provides a new mode of economic growth for the international trade but also gives new opportunities and challenges to the small and medium enterprises in China.Based on the theory of cross-border e-commerce,this paper uses the SWOT analysis and PEST analysis system to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of LY Footwear Company,which has operated the cross-border e-commerce business.The results show that:(1)From the internal development conditions,rich customer resources,product development capabilities and significant price advantage are strong advantages of LY footwear companies to participate in cross-border electricity market competition,and single supply of raw materials,imperfect business processes and lack of professional talented person are mainly reflected in the single raw materials Supply,over-reliance on third-party platforms and the lack of professionals and teams.(2)From the external development environment,the continuous introduced current domestic favorable policies,stable economic and foreign trade situation and the popularity of network technology provide an unprecedented opportunity for LY footwear companies to expand cross-border e-commerce business,and the international market Change,the strengthening of trade barriers and the intensification of market competition bring more serious challenges and threats.(3)LY footwear companies can fully grasp the opportunity to avoid market threat as long as basing on their own development advantages and disadvantages.Through making the integrated development strategy,combing with product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and marketing strategy adjustment,and effectively improving the organization,personnel,technology and funding four aspects of the protection can really achieve continuous cross-border e-commerce business development.The base point of our research lies in the grasp of the specific development of LY Footwear Company's cross-border e-commerce business.On the basis of comparative analysis of traditional foreign trade business and cross-border electricity business,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of LY Footwear Company's cross-border e-commerce business development by means of system analysis,which is the innovation of this article.Although there are some shortcomings in the theoretical innovation,this paper is meaningful to enrich the current domestic research system and guide the scientific development of enterprises.
