Research On The Key Factors Of Business Process Improvement In YB Company

Since twenty-first Century,with the domestic and foreign economic environment changes,China's enterprises have brought tremendous pressure for change,and business process is an inevitable choice for change.However,our country enterprise business process development lags behind,the effect is just passable.With the business process improvement and process management concepts such as the dominant proposed business process has become the lifeline of enterprise development,more and more enterprises invest a lot of manpower and funds for the enterprise internal business process improvement.Business process improvement as an important means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,the establishment of easy to operate,scientific and efficient business process is of great significance.Within this dissertation,the key factors of business process improvement of YB company as the research object,analysis and Research on the current situation and existing problems of YB company's business process.On the basis of guidance,through the analysis of Delphy Fa and AHP respectively identify key factors of business process improvement,the key factors are identified based on the structure model of the key factors to explain the interpretation structure model,key factors influencing the level of relationship between the key factors to find the source and.This dissertation is based on the Delphi method,AHP method and structural model,and identify the key factors of business process improvement process,on the basis of business process improvement and innovation methods,establish the evaluation index system of business process improvement of YB company,and the evaluation results from business process improvement and the key factors of the proposed YB the company's business process improvement.In short,the study of key factors affecting the business process improvement,puts forward the relevant model,and the key factors for empirical analysis,to provide an effective theoretical method and reference experience for future business process improvement decisions.
