Evaluation To The Whole Process Of Project Commission Management

After drawing lessons from domestic and international related research resultabout project commission management, concerning that our country is promotingthis management mode gradually, this thesis analyze the contents and managementpoints of each stage deeply. To promote the developing of project managementcontract in our country smoothly, combining the consideration of the currentmanagement level in our country, this text put forward a system of quantitative aswell as qualitative index which can reflec the manage level of those managementcompanies from the opportunity research stage to the completion stage dynamic.Combining the consulting results, here giving out the weight coefficient of all theevaluating index by analytical hierarchy process ,then set up a fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation model to measure the manage level. At last make use of four projects toverify the feasibility and applicability of the evaluation index system and theevaluation model.
