Research On Risk Management Of Equity Investment Projects Of Listed Companies In Group A

In recent years,China's state-owned enterprises have done a great deal of beneficial exploration in the field of risk management.However,compared with the developed countries in the west,there is still a large gap in these fields: the theoretical basis,the management philosophy,the specific management techniques and processes.In particular,with the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises has been deepened,the state-owned capital operation management system is raised by the management of assets to control capital,so that a group of state-owned capital operation companies came into being.In the process of reality management,this kind of state-owned capital operation company has a large number of listed company equity investment projects.Since such kind of investment project's investment period is controllable,the exixt mechanism is clear and the information transparency is higher,so that it is beneficial for investors to fully share the development achievements of high-quality listed companies,therefore such investment project take significant pressure on the profitability of state-owned capital operating companies.However,at the same time,as an important type of capital market investment,the risk of such investment is relatively high,so its risk management level also directly affects the overall operation of state-owned capital operation companies.Compared with the state-owned companies that in a specific industry,there are great differences in the design,regime and experience,so state-owned capital operation companies may face a great deal of new challenges in the risk management.This paper is in the context of the comprehensive reform of the central government and the reform of state-funded supervision,takes state-owned capital operation company as the research object,takes three projects that have incurred investment risk as research targets,conducts in-depth study from the following three aspects: first of all,on the basis of literature review of risk management at home and abroad,review the revolution of risk management theories,the theories of risk management in state-owned companies and the theories of risk management on investment projects.Secondly,take the case of Group A in G province,illustrate the actual management results,point out that the company has not yet developed the management of risk management system and guidance for listed companies' equity investment projects.Thirdly,use the current risk management tools to analyze three projects that have incurred investment risks,expound the problems and reasons of such investment projects with interviews and research.At last,build a risk management system for equity investment projects of listed companies in Group A,discusses the construction plan of risk management system from four aspects: macroscopic,mesoscopic,micro and supportive,and provide guidance advice on risk control for such companies.Because the equity investment projects of listed companies in state-owned capital operation companies is complex,so the risk management system for investment projects is the success or failure of the enterprise.Therefore,to explore and construct scientific and reasonable risk management system of investment projects will helps to better solve the actual problems of risk prevention and control,and it is of great practical significance to improve the management level of the company.
