Research On The Precision Poverty Alleviation Measures Of Ya'an Tea Industry

Precision poverty alleviationis the symmetry of extensive poverty alleviation,and it is an approach to control poverty by applying scientific and effective procedures to accurately identify,assist and manage poverty alleviation objects.China has a large land area,a large population and a large number of ethnic groups,significant differences in economic development across the country,and a large population base of poverty.Poverty has become one of the most acute problems restricting China's social development.Industrial targeted poverty alleviation is an important measure to solve the problem of unbalanced development in China.Due to the influence of geographical environment and population factors,ya 'an is rich in tourism resources,but the development level of the three major industries is not high,and the annual GDP ranks behind the province.According to the latest statistics from the poverty alleviation and immigration bureau of ya 'an city,up to now,there are 111 impoverished villages in ya 'an,and more than 8,000 poor people fail to reach the target of poverty alleviation.Therefore,the current situation of ya 'an tea industry development and targeted poverty alleviation is analyzed,and the existing problems and causes in the targeted poverty alleviation of ya 'an tea industry are pointed out,and Suggestions and countermeasures are proposed,which is of great significance to promote the development of ya 'an tea industry,increase the income of tea farmers,realize poverty alleviation in villages and remove hats from households.This paper adopts the research ideas of the present situation,problems,and countermeasures,which are mainly divided into six parts.Through the literature review at home and abroad,the research content and research methods are determined,the conceptsof industrial economy and precision poverty alleviation are emphasized,and the regional economic theory and anti-poverty theory are briefly described,so as to lay the theoretical foundation for the research on industrial precision poverty alleviation.Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the tea industry in Ya'an City,the paper puts forward some relevant and feasible countermeasures.This paper analyzes the present situation of tea industry development,precise poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation of tea industry in Ya'an.The paper points out that there are five problems in the tea industry in Ya'an: the precision poverty alleviation of the tea industry is low,the accuracy of the poverty alleviation funds is low,the progress of the poverty alleviation projects is slow,the mechanism of linking the benefits of the poverty alleviation projects is imperfect,and the contradiction between the development of the tea industry and the poor households.We also analyzed the causes of the problems in depth,and put forward five suggestions for promoting the landing of policies,improving infrastructure construction,building independent brands in the tea industry,establishing the "tea industry +" thinking model,and developing the integration of tea brigades.In order to promote the Ya'an tea industry to do big to do good to do strong,practice industrial development to help precise poverty alleviation.
