With the continuous progress of network technology,our country's commerce is developing towards the direction of network.The success of e-commerce retailers has a great impact on traditional retailers.Under the impact of e-commerce,the traditional retail model has encountered bottlenecks,so we must make corresponding countermeasures to deal with the impact of the rapid development of e-commerce.In order to explore the competitive strategies of real clothing retailers under the impact of e-commerce,this paper constructs a competitive model between clothing retailers and clothing retailers and carries out evolutionary analysis to study the competitive strategies of real clothing retailers,which is of great practical significance to traditional retailers.Firstly,the related concepts of retailers and e-commerce are defined,including the concept of retailers and related theories,the concept of e-commerce,the difference between e-commerce and traditional commerce;the development characteristics of clothing retailing are briefly described;the Logistic growth model and differential equation are introduced to lay a theoretical foundation for the following.Secondly,the impact of e-commerce shocks on real clothing retailers is analyzed.Then,the competitive advantages and disadvantages of real clothing retailers under E-commerce shocks are analyzed.Thirdly,the competition model between clothing retail entities and retail e-commerce is constructed,and the equilibrium point and stability of the competition model are analyzed,and three competition situations are obtained.The competition model is evolved by using MATLAB software,and the influence of each symbol of the competition model on the competition results is analyzed.Thus,the evolution of competition model and process between garment retail e-commerce and garment retail entities is completed,which lays a foundation for the follow-up study of competition model.Finally,aiming at the three different competition situations obtained from the previous competition model,based on the real clothing retailers,the corresponding competition modes are put forward respectively.The real value of the number,growth rateand blocking coefficient of retailers in the model can be substituted by the real value of the retailers in the model to determine which competitive situation they are in,and then the competition model in this chapter can be used to formulate their own competitive strategies.
