Research On Application Of Internet Of Things In R Company's Gas Meter Reading System

With the development of communication technology,more and more people tend to use advanced network technology to improve the quality of life.Domestic gas industry problems are that the meter reads in the user`s home the fee difficultly.The current use of manual door to this solution is the lowest efficiency.How to use the convenience of the network to select more appropriate solutions,which is the issue that the gas suppliers are very concerned about.This article first introduce the background of the development of the Internet of Things,summarize the research status of the Internet of Things and gas meter reading management,and provide the necessary theoretical basis for R Corporation's Internet of Things meter reading research.Subsequently,through the analysis of the original manual meter reading mode of R company and the feasibility analysis of the preliminary application of the Internet of Things,combining with the author's actual work data and cases,it was found that the overall planning is not perfect,the human resource planning is not comprehensive,the organizational structure is not set reasonable and unconsolidated management standards.Based on this,using the theory of Internet of Things management,the R Company's Internet of Things meter reading management system was designed and improved,and improvements were made from the overall plan,human resources,organizational structure and standard management.And put forward the main measures to ensure smooth implementation.The main improvement measures involve the preparation of an overall management plan.The organizational structure has changed from a straight line to a flat one,drafting a human resources management system and formulating a unified communication standard.After the improvement,the system will be implemented again,and the optimization of the management process will be significant.After the improvement,based on further analysis of cost-effectiveness,the system is again implemented,and the optimization of management processes is significant.The conclusions are summarized in part and the subsequent research directions are pointed out.
