Study On The Improvement Of Operation Risk Management In Hangzhou Branch Of Agricultural Development Bank Of China

This paper I concentrate on the study of the risk management and common experience of the agricultural development,the purpose of improving ability of the risk management operation in County Branch can be a deceived and problems in daily operation can be solved such as : system implementation weakness and the lack of supervision,so as to make Agricultural Development Bank County Branch run in a better way.On the basic of searching for,referring to and studying the classic works of bank operational risk,this thesis lists,summarizes,reconsiders and explores the daily work process of county branches in Hangzhou area;when I meet problems,I ask financial and management experts and scholars for help and consult them about the bank's risk management theory and practice with method of repeated comparison and consideration together.This thesis focuses on the risks existing in the daily work of county branches in Hangzhou area,to analyzes the differences in risk management,location features and key points between the policy banks and the general commercial banks with means of literature method,research method,case study,case analysis and comparative analysis;in order to solve the most dangerous Erik in daily work-operation risk,after analyzing its causes,types and forms of expression,I have ways to improve risk management with the following four aspects: staff,processes,systems and external events:improve the quality and responsibility of staff,try to establish the people-oriented employment management system;clarify job responsibilities,improve the system,strengthen training and supervision system,and improve system execution;establish system emergency mechanism and implement the comprehensive isolation of internal and external network,and carry out daily risk investigation;Enhance the predicting ability of the policy,make it forward-looking,and enhance the tracking of events,detect and resolve existing problems in time,and establish alternative solutions to enhance the initiative of the mission.
