The issue of income distribution is related to the national economy and people's livelihood and social stability,and the interests of all parties concerned have been closely watched.The fairness and reasonableness of income distribution determines whether social development and economic construction proceed smoothly.The unfair income distribution not only brings about the negative impact of the increase of income gap and the loss of owners' interests,but also affects the innovation efficiency of Chinese enterprises.The problems of unfair income distribution and the lack of innovation efficiency in state-owned monopoly industries are the focus of public attention and dissatisfaction.This paper argues that the unreasonableness of income distribution in the state-owned monopoly industries has a significant impact on its innovation efficiency.Based on this,this article takes state-owned monopoly industries as the research object,and tries to discuss from the angle of different types of industries status of innovation efficiency and income distribution and the influence mechanism of the income distribution to innovation efficiency,then empirically test and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.First of all,based on the industry monopoly theory and the theory of income distribution,further discusses the impact mechanism of income distribution on innovation efficiency and the difference of the influence.Then,on the basis of industry classification,analyze the current situation of the income distribution of state-owned monopoly industries from the angle of factor income distribution and the redistribution of government,analyze the innovation status from the basis and input-output of innovation.The study found that labors' actual returns are higher in terms of primary income distribution,which not only embodied on the status that the wages of employees in the industry are higher and the growth is faster,extra-wage income is also very high;capital factor income is relatively low,however,is embodied pay lower interest to creditors and pay low dividends to shareholders.In addition,the state-owned monopoly industries have higher taxes and higher government subsidies.In terms of innovation situation,innovation activities condition of the state-owned monopoly industries is relatively weak,the base of innovation investment in manpower and capital investment is relatively less,innovation output effective invention patents and new products sales income relative to the monopoly industry still needs to be improved.Secondly,based on the introduction of econometric model,the influence of income distribution on innovation efficiency and the difference of industry are tested empirically.The results showed that the labor income is negative influence on the innovation efficiency capital factor income(including shareholders and creditors revenue)has positive influence on the innovation efficiency,the link of redistribution tax with a positive impact on the efficiency of innovation,financial subsidies affect innovation efficiency is negative,and the empirical results show the obvious differences between industry.What is more,the influence of the industry monopoly and the ownership on the innovation efficiency is realized through the income distribution.Finally,the paper proposes to reduce the degree of industry monopoly,carry out market-oriented reform and introduce competition.To control industrial worker's wages and benefits;increase the proportion of profits and capital prices appropriately;reduce industry subsidy and carry out tax reform in order to improve the innovation efficiency and help for income distribution reform of state-owned monopoly industries.
