China's Income Distribution In Monopoly Sectors And It's Regulation Policy

With the rapid development of China's economy, China's income gap between residents constantly expanding, the income gap between different industries increasingly apparent. In normal market economy conditions, when an industry margins than other sectors, other sectors will enter, forming the average profit margin. This law of value will tend to average profits of the various sectors. But as China's rapid economic development in different sectors, the income gap is getting wider and wider. This gap not only affected people's mentality balanced, but also hindered China's economic reform.Many Scholars in China study on the issue of the gap between the income of residents, but are basically from the urban-rural income gap. Although study the gap between the income of residents in terms of towns and villages, urban residents and rural residents, can more fully reflect the urban and rural residents between the two groups in real incomes and living standards, but of too general and not prominent in China residents of the income gap. Because, causing the gap between the income of residents for various reasons, only from the perspective of urban and rural residents can not glare the main aspects of contradictions. In terms of the income gap between urban and rural workers, from different industries could be further deepened the study of the gap between the income of residents, so that people can understand more clearly the reasons for the income gap, so as to take corresponding measures to narrow the income gap. In addition, the industrial structure changes and income levels have regular links. Therefore, analyze of Chinese people's income gap from the industry could also offer a new idea and some reference materials of how to adjust and optimize the industrial structure.Introduction is the first part of this paper, the main topic is briefly introduced practical significance, domestic and international study on the framework of ideas, data and assumptions on innovation, and the issues raised in this paper. The second major part of China's monopoly industries and the high-income cases were analyzed, and the formation of monopolistic industries for high-income analysis. The third part, based on the standards of monopoly degree, the correlation of the monopoly industries nominal income level and monopoly degree were analyzed. The fourth part of this paper, based on the relationship between fairness and efficiency, a reasonable income of monopoly industries is projected. The fifth part is to regulate monopoly industries excessive income, and reduce the income gap between China's industry policy recommendations.
