Study On The Enterprise Credit Supervision Of Qingdao West Coast New District

Modern market economy is a credit economy.No mature credit market,no mature market economy.Under the condition of market economy,the social credit system consists of the government credit,enterprise credit and personal credit from the perspective of credit subject of which enterprise credit is the most important,most active and most influential one.And with the development of the contractual economic,enterprise credit will become a prerequisite for cooperation and trade.Therefore,enterprise credit supervision is an important aspect for the construction of the social credit system.This paper studied the enterprise credit supervision problem applied literature analysis method,actual survey and analysis method and normative theoretical analysis method.After gathering the oretical material and practical data involved in the study,this paper briefly discussed the enterprise credit supervision related theories and summed up the status enterprise credit supervision of Qingdao West Coast District and analyzed its existing issues from the point of view of the market and the quality supervision and management sector and from the aspect of the construction of the main commercial credit information publicity platform adhering to the principle of theory combining practice,based on the needs of the reform deepening and economic development,combined with the relevant requirements of social credit system construction of the 13 th Five-Year strategic and learning from the related industry construction achievements in domestic and foreign developed areas.Further more,this paper summarized the experience of the current practice,tried to find out the effective methods of enterprise credit supervision relying on the effect of the enterprise credit information publicity support system,market subject registration and annual report publicity system and other aspectsin order to improve the enterprises credit status t,promote the forming of the government dominant and society rapidly reflecting dishonesty act enterprise credit supervision mode in the Qingdao West Coast District and provide useful references for enhancing the enterprises market competitiveness of Qingdao West Coast New District.
