| Under the condition that natural endowment is not ideal,China relies on its own strength to solve the problem of eating 1.3 billion people,thus effectively answering the question of "Who will feed China?" However,China's agriculture and its agricultural economic development are largely based on the predatory development at the expense of resources and the environment.While continuously ensuring the full supply of agricultural products,China is facing the threat of deteriorating ecological environment.The development of traditional agriculture poses a severe challenge to the sustainable development of the environment and agriculture.The dual constraints of resources and environment have become the bottleneck restricting China's agricultural development,exploring new breakthroughs in agricultural growth,and realizing the coordinated development of agriculture and the environment has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the upgrading of agricultural labor structure to stimulate the development of modern agriculture as a breakthrough in agricultural growth.At present,the characteristics of farmers' differentiation are obvious.Promoting the peasantization of young high-educated labor is conducive to the development of modern agriculture,and thus ensuring the country's future food security.Based on the research database constructed by the random questionnaire survey of 620 rural households in Guanzhong Plain,Shaanxi Province in January 2018,the research was carried out to explore the possibility of income-attracting the young labor force occupational peasantization and the high-education labor force.Using the possibility of scale and efficiency,the Logistic model is used to explore the possibility of rural children to inherit their father's business.This article defines and collates the relevant concepts of modern agriculture.Traditional agriculture is also summarized,and the theory of agricultural sustainable development and agricultural scale management theory are reviewed.The problems of modern agricultural development in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province are analyzed,and the modern agricultural infrastructure is poor,the agricultural structure is irrational and the scale distribution is large.Low labor quality and agricultural pollution problems;The factors that may be affected are mainly divided into internal factors and external factors.Among them,the internal factors are mainly the characteristics of farmers' personal quality,the promotion of agricultural production technology and the investment of agricultural funds,the target of farmers' agricultural production and the factors of income behavior.It has an impact onagricultural production: the external factors are mainly the degree of high quality and high price in the process of production,processing and sales of agricultural products in the hands of consumers,the systemic perfection of agricultural participation in various professional cooperative organizations and related enterprises,and the government's agricultural production.The relevant laws and regulations for agricultural operators and consumers regulate the orderly order of the agricultural market from a legislative perspective.Thirdly,by analyzing the characteristics of rural households,the paper analyzes the agricultural development,mainly from the perspective of statistical analysis of farmer household characteristics,the analysis of farmer household differentiation characteristics from the perspective of agricultural income,the analysis of household household characteristics from the perspective of farmland scale management and the generation of agricultural management.The analysis of the differentiation characteristics of farmers from the perspective of inter-transfer perspective,that is,the trend and characteristics of agricultural development are analyzed from the perspective of income,scale and agricultural talent revitalization.Finally,through the analysis of the results of empirical analysis,a more in-depth analysis can be used for the sustainable development of modern agriculture and agricultural revitalization,that is,the development of agriculture needs to be improved in terms of talent replenishment,and there is a strong willingness to remove agriculture.Farmers should do a good job in land transfer,and the new farmers should pay more attention to the large-scale agricultural households with higher education level and provide more agricultural technical support to enable them to develop positively to take the lead in local agricultural development.Attracting more young laborers to join,and the existing benefits of subsidies for farmers to encourage the development of large-scale farmers are limited.Therefore,in the stage of agricultural revitalization,large-scale farmers should be policy-oriented,and price mechanisms should be used to guide farmers' imbalances in crop
