Resource Evaluation And Development Strategy Of Characteristic Tourism Towns In Guizhou Province

In recent years,with the continuous advancement of China's new urbanization,the construction of small towns in various regions also ushered in a new opportunity for development.As a new path to explore urban construction and development under the background of new-type urbanization,characteristic towns of tourism have been widely concerned after the successful practice of the construction of characteristic towns in zhejiang province,showing good economic benefits and demonstration values.At present,the rise in guizhou tourism characteristic town construction development boom,emerged a large number of similar tourist resources characteristic town,results in a town in the region and attractions homogenized competition seriously,to some extent,restricted the healthy development of tourism in guizhou characteristic town,therefore,how to lead the town in guizhou province tourism features make full use of its own resources and industrial advantages and realize accurate positioning,on the differentiation of sustainable development path,has become the important research topic in the tourism characteristic construction of small town development in guizhouBased on the town in guizhou province tourism features as the research object,comprehensively carding of the development of the town in guizhou province tourism features and the main factors influencing the development and construction,summarizes common problems in the small town development,at the same time to build the characteristic town in guizhou province tourism resources evaluation index system,and carries on the empirical research on the xijiang town as a case,thus put forward the corresponding development intervention strategies.First of all,the thesis with tourism characteristic town development background and the basis of facing the reality of the current problems,this paper discusses the research purpose and significance of this article,determine the research objects,research methods and research content and framework,as well as the definition of the concept of tourism characteristics of small town resource evaluation related theory and research at home and abroad are reviewed.Secondly,through the investigation of nine selected towns with characteristics of tourism in guizhou province,the paper analyzes and summarizes the general situation and common problems of the development of towns with characteristics of tourism in guizhou province.Then,according to the main influencing factors of the development and construction of characteristic tourism towns in guizhou province,the related resource evaluation research and standard standards,using the analytic hierarchy process,starting from the three aspects of resource conditions,development conditions and environmental conditions,the tourism resource evaluation index system of characteristic tourism towns in guizhou province is constructed.Finally,xijiang,selected as a case for empirical research,using the construction of resource evaluation system to xijiang,resource development and the development of comprehensive evaluation,and on the basis of xijiang,tourism resources development and the evaluation results and development of practical problems,combined with the common problems of the tourism characteristics of small town development in guizhou,respectively from the industry development,tourism product development,basic facilities,mining folk culture,system and mechanism construction in five aspects,such as the town in guizhou province tourism features corresponding development intervention strategies.
