Research On The Application Of Industrial Investment Funds By State-owned Capital Investment Companies

With the development of China's capital market,the fund has continuously expanded its scale and influence since its introduction into China,and has gradually become an important subject after the banking,insurance,trust,securities post-finance market and capital market.Among them,the industrial investment fund has improved the use efficiency of funds by transforming social funds into industrial capital into high-quality enterprises in various industries,and has played a positive role in promoting China's economic development.It has been adopted by more and more state-owned enterprises.An important starting point for innovative investment and financing models.State-owned capital investment companies in underdeveloped regions are far behind in terms of total assets,capital strength,and talent reserves compared with central enterprises.Therefore,the investment and financing functions of industrial investment funds are fully utilized to realize the strategy of local state-owned capital investment companies.The goal is significant.The research significance of this thesis: On the basis of combing the development of international and domestic industrial funds,the macro environment and functional characteristics of industrial investment fund development are analyzed to prove the scientificity and necessity of state-owned capital investment companies to apply industrial investment funds.At the same time,from the strategic needs of provincial state-owned capital investment companies and how to apply the industrial investment fund specific practices,combined with the provincial situation,design the C Group application industry investment fund program,in order to be related from the theoretical level and the practical level Enterprises understand and apply industry funds to provide reference.This paper holds that the state-owned capital investment company adopts the fund establishment mode of the mother-child fund structure,rationally allocates the capital contribution ratio of the parent fund and social capital,and combines the company system or the limited partnership method,and uses a combination of equity,creditor's rights or equity claims.The investment method can activate the fund vitality to the maximum extent,attract all kinds of social capital to participate,realize the government investment to attract the expansion of social capital multiples,and promote industrial restructuring and transformation and upgrading.
