| Industry investment fund is a product of financial innovation in China's financial reform and innovation. In the early 90s of the 20th century industrial investment fund research and work has already begun in China, but investment funds industry didn't developed rapidly, Chinese industrial investment fund is basically set up in form of private equity-based by investment company.The state still does not allow fund management company's industry investment fund launched by public offering.There are still many problems to be resolved in various investment funds industry. This article describes the industry investment funds development in the United States, Japan, Europe and domestic industry investment funds to find out the domestic industry investment funds'problems to be solved, venture capital funds based on economic analysis of the developed countries, show a right position to Chinese industrial investment funds to analyze the current situation and discusses the current development of industrial investment funds the major problems of China's development. We can find reasonable measures and suggestions to make up for the deficiencies in the development of industrial investment fund. In this article, it show the Chinese industry investment fund development strategies from a policy of legal, operating mechanism, market recognition and other aspects.
