At present,customer-oriented is the core concept of enterprise management.Customer satisfaction can exchange customer loyalty.Customer loyalty can make the enterprise basing itself on the market and developing continuously.Therefore,enterprises need to deeply understand customers' demands and perceived evaluation after consumption,identifying and creating customer value,and then improving customer satisfaction.the concept of experience economy goes deeply into the service industry,and the development model of tourism industry has undergone tremendous changes.Tourists pay more attention to tourism experience.The traditional landscape viewing has been unable to meet the needs of tourists in the past.Tourists' perceived value and perceived quality are two factors leading to tourists' satisfaction.The main task of operators is to do a good job of tourists' satisfaction,obtaining tourists' loyalty and revisit.This paper takes Ludian Longtoushan tourist attraction as the research object.Firstly,based on the related theories of customer and tourist satisfaction,and taking ACSI model as the basic framework,it constructs a preliminary evaluation system of customer satisfaction of tourist attraction from five aspects: brand image,perceived quality,perceived value,tourist complaint and tourist loyalty,and then it combines the basic situation of Ludian Longtoushan town.The questionnaire is designed from four aspects:basic situation,tourists' consumption habits,tourists' suggestions and tourists' satisfaction evaluation.Then,according to the collected data,descriptive statistical analysis,cross-analysis,reliability and validity analysis and factor analysis are carried out.Finally,according to the data analysis results,the questionnaire is analyzed from the identification of tourists' needs,product quality optimization,marketing promotion.And logistics support and other aspects of the proposed satisfaction enhancement strategy.
