With the rapid development of economy Chinese,the manufacturing industry increasingly fierce competition environment,the development of enterprises not only to their own products as the center,how to meet their real needs to provide products and service for customers,has become the essential requirement of enterprises developing for a long time.Therefore,the output of the enterprise should match the increasing demand of customers.Thus,customer-oriented and customer satisfaction are the key to enterprises for long-term development,customer satisfaction theory is the hotspot in theory research at home and abroadAs the semiconductor laser industry of producing high-tech products,the enterprises should seek a breakthrough from the product quality and stability,at the same time,continuous exploration in technology and the more attentive services.So as to maximize of customer satisfactions.The ultimate goal of increasing market share.Thus,customer satisfaction has become the focus of attention for enterprises.B company was established in 2003,is committed to the semiconductor laser and fiber coupling packaging technology,although B company has developed rapidly since the company's establishment,but the enterprise leadership is more concerned about sales,cost and other financial data,customer satisfaction is not be attached great importance.With domestic competitors coming into the market gradually,foreign competitors are growing stronger,in such a severe situation,have a high degree of satisfaction and loyal of customers has become an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises In order to improve customer satisfaction,this paper firstly studied the theory of customer satisfaction and compared the four classic customer satisfaction index models.Pointing out the problems existing in the past customer satisfaction survey of Company B.This paper used the ACSI model of the United States to conduct a scientific customer satisfaction survey of Company B,and analyzed the results.In view of the causes of the problems combined with the actual operation of Company B,putting forward suitable suggestions of customer satisfaction strategy for B company'.In this paper,customer relationship management,customer satisfaction theory and the model of customer satisfaction,combining the actual situation of B company,at the same time,analyzing the internal and external environment and the competitive environment of B company,customer satisfaction becomes the important evaluation indicators for company operations management and marketing performance,and providing a new perspective for improving core competitiveness.,the study of this paper has certain practical significance to enhance the customer satisfaction of Company B.
