Analysis On Operation Mechanism And Effect Of Farmer Professional Cooperatives

China is a developing country that values agriculture and peasants and has achieved the Millennium Development Goal of halving the rural population in advance.The three-year campaign to revitalize the rural economy started well.In recent years,China's farmer cooperatives have ushered in a good momentum of vigorous development.The number of farmer cooperatives has been growing and the quality has improved significantly.In 2019,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee took the farmers' cooperatives as one of the two major new agricultural management entities,and clearly proposed to carry out the standardization of farmers' cooperatives,promote the construction of model cooperatives,and establish and improve the policy system and management system to support the development of farmers' cooperatives.Dangshan County,Anhui Province is a key county for national development and development.It conducts research on the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Dangshan County.By collating relevant literature and constructing index system,and combining the current situation of agricultural development in Dangshan County,Anhui Province,The factor analysis method was used to evaluate the operational effectiveness of Dangshan County,and finally summarized the policy recommendations to improve the operational effectiveness of farmers' professional cooperatives in Dangshan County,Anhui Province.The research content mainly involves seven aspects: firstly,it mainly introduces the background introduction of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives,discusses the structure of the article and the trends and progress of the farmers' professional cooperatives,summarizes the evaluation methods,and provides the theoretical basis for the evaluation of the operational effectiveness of the cooperatives in Dangshan County.The second part is based on the relevant concepts of farmers' professional cooperatives,and is guided by human capital theory,benefit sharing theory,and participatory development theory.The third part conducts a preliminary investigation on the development of farmers' professional cooperatives,studies the current situation of agricultural development in Dangshan County,and finds out the mechanism of influence on the development of cooperatives.The fourth part analyzes the operating mechanism of the cooperative through survey visits.The fifth part takes Dangshan County as the data sample and uses the factor analysis method.The main factor is used to extract the common factors and calculate the weight of each index.Based on the data obtained by the questionnaire survey method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the farmers' professional.The operational effectiveness of the cooperative.Combined with the final data analysis results,at the end of the article,by reading relevant literature and laws and summarizing the relevant evaluations on the questionnaire,based on the research conclusions,the policy recommendations for improving the operational effectiveness of farmers' professional cooperatives in Dangshan County are proposed.
