However many survey indicates that the club to financing, financing mechanism efficiency becomes the bottleneck of the further development of farmers' professional co-operatives. this paper has draw on former research achievement to introduce the definition of farmers' professional cooperatives and the difference from other economic organization on present theoretical basis, Meanwhile through a deeply study of the definition of the financing mechanism of farmers' professional cooperatives, the author creatively pointed out that the financing mechanism consists of three interconnected, interactive and interdependent elements:financing organization, financing tools and financing environment.In the analysis of Yunnan province farmers' professional co-operatives financing mechanism at status, besides listed chart information and also his own thinking, the author start his study from the three aspects which are the financing environment, financing organizations and the financing mechanism, vividly depict the status quo of the development of Yunnan farmers' professional co-operatives and make a strong basis of the foundation of the later causal analysis. In order to further reveal the deep reasons for low efficiency for disturbing Yunnan farmers' professional co-operatives financing mechanism, first-hand data from visiting and survey and the results from qualitative AHP analysis objectively lead to the conclusion that the lack of financing mechanism is the most important variable. When designing the questionnaire, mechanism design theory is cleverly introduced, and investigation is confined to Banks, security companies, insurance companies and credit union workers, making them give honest answer from their own consideration and provide powerful support for the author's analysis.
