At present, most enterprises in China are faced with the closure and relationship of localized cluster innovation networks, and the locking of technology paths is becoming more and more prominent. It is increasingly difficult for clusters to meet the needs of enterprises to integrate internal and external innovation resources. Many local enterprises have gradually lost market competitiveness due to lack of innovation. In response to this problem, scholars have proposed a local "de-em,beddedu" solution to develop a network of "local-non-local" cluster enterprises.Non-local cooperation between enterprises can integrate new clusters of innovative resources in different regions. It breaks through the previous definition of traditional clusters as local production collections, which not only helps enterprises to improve their innovation capabilities, but also network and open their innovation models. The shift also drives the implementation of the innovation-driven strategy at the overall level of the cluster, which plays an important role in the transformation and upgrading of China's clusters and the maintenance of long-term competitiveness. In general, the purpose of clustering between enterprises is to improve the innovation ability and sustainable market competitiveness of enterprises through cooperative interaction between enterprises and the acquisition of heterogeneous social resources. Therefore, the article chooses to explore the formation and evolution of the "local-non-local" cluster ente.rprise network from the perspective of social proximity.First of all, this paper combines the theory of embeddedness and legitimacy to provide a framework for individual-to-network evolution path based on social proximity. It identifies the non-local relationship construction process driven by the expansion of important nodes'self-centered network, the improvement of trust level between enterprises and the improvement of social isomorphism ability. It discusses how social proximity affects the clustering coefficient of cluster enterprises through multi-participation relationship;Proximity is driving the impact of cross-regional cooperative enterprises and cluster-enterprise network-intensive groups.Secondly, based on the establishment of cluster enterprise cooperation innovation network model by NK model,Matlab is used to construct the simulation model, focusing on the effect of social proximity on the characteristics of cooperative network(degree centrality, agglomeration coefficient and network density)of different cluster enterprises;Analyze the social proximity of different dimensions(relationship strength, trust level and social isomorphism)on the dual interaction process of cluster enterprise networks, the generation of multiple relations(information transfer)and the closed characteristics of the network(cohesion and connection)The impact of geographic proximity;the role of geographic proximity in the evolution of cluster enterprise networks in the context of social proximity. The results show that:(1)the relationship strength has a positive impact on the cluster enterprise network degree centrality, agglomeration coeff-icient and network density;(2)the inter-firm trust level has positive to the cluster enterprise network degree centrality, agglomeration coefficient and network density;(3)Corporate social isomorphism has a positive impact on cluster enterprise network centrality and network agglomeration coefficient;(4)Geographic distance negative adjustment relationship intensity, trust level and social isomorphism ability on cluster enterprise network.
