Research On The Countermeasures Of Xi'an Building The Inland Open Economy Under The Vision Of New Development Concept

Xi'an,as the starting point of the new Silk Road,is an important central city on the Eurasian Continental Bridge.When General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Shaanxi in 2015,he pointed out that Shaanxi urgently grasped the historical opportunity of "Belt and Road" and identified its strategic position on this opportunity.Lead the new normal and catch up.It can be seen that promoting the internationalization of Xi'an city,building Xi'an into a strong inland open international city has become the inevitable history and times.The new development concept of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing" is to coordinate and promote the "four comprehensive" strategic layout,adapt to and lead the important guiding ideology of the new normal of economic development,and solve the current development problems.Build the key to the advantages of development.Therefore,based on the reality of Xi'an,we have a deep understanding of the essential connotation of the "five development concepts" and excavated the great theoretical value of building an open economy in the interior of Xi'an.It has important application value and practical significance to promote the construction of inland open economy in Xi'an.This paper adheres to the classical Marxist thought and the theory of opening up by the Chinese Communists,and takes the new development concept of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing" as the background,using literature method,empirical research method and quantitative research and qualitative method.On the basis of analyzing the concept connotation of open economy and drawing lessons from the present research situation at home and abroad,this paper compares the economic development of Xi'an with that of other parts of the country,and evaluates and analyzes the present situation of the development of inland open economy in Xi'an.The SWOT analysis and evaluation of Xi'an 's construction of inland open economy,the analysis of the implementation strategy of Xi'an 's construction of open city under the new developmentconcept,and the outline of Xi'an 's construction.The vision of an open inland city.In the research direction,taking the development of open economy as the research of Xi'an economic sustainable development,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of developing the inland open economy of Xi'an city on the basis of this.Make full use of the new development idea,analyze the bottleneck of Xi'an development,apply the thought of economic management in method,connect the scientific development idea,the opening of Marxism theory and the inevitability of Xi'an development in the new era closely.There are some innovations in the research results.
