With the continuous advancement of science and technology and the gradual deepening of trade liberalization, trade costs have gradually decreased, and the global division of labor has become increasingly popular.China has become an important part of the global value chain while participating in the global division of labor and deepening its development. As China's domestic labor costs continue to rise, and Chinese companies are at the low end of the global division of labor and global value chains, the economies of scale of low value-added products are shrinking,so Chinese companies are seeking more The core competitiveness and the market share of the international market, the transformation is imminent. As the situation in the international trade market continues to change, the Chinese government's goal of encouraging new policies for companies has also changed. The policy objectives have shifted to stimulating and promoting transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. This thesis explores whether the government's productive subsidies can meet the requirements of China's current economic transformation. Can the government's productive subsidies bring substantial improvements to the value-added of Chinese enterprises' exports, and help Chinese enterprises get out of the low added value of products. In this theoretical and realistic context, the research in this thesis will help to improve the research on government subsidy intervention and the factors affecting the domestic value-added of enterprises. At the same time,it has certain guiding significance for the distribution of government production subsidies. The research in this thesis mainly innovates in two aspects: research perspective and research method. From the perspective of enterprise heterogeneity, this thesis conducts research on the research object through three different methods: trade type, enterprise ownership and the region where the enterprise is located.Multi-dimensional empirical analysis, and test the differential impact of government production subsidies on different dimensions of the enterprise, and the research in this thesis is also a useful supplement to the related research on the impact mechanism of Chinese enterprises' domestic export value added. The first chapter of this thesis expounds the definition of relevant concepts and the theoretical basis. The second chapter mainly describes the status quo of the key variables in this thesis. The third chapter firstly expounds the measurement methods of the mainvariables of this thesis, and carries out detailed calculation and empirical analysis on the domestic value-added,government production subsidies and other control variables. Finally,a robustness test was conducted. The fourth chapter summarizes the main research conclusions and countermeasures of this thesis. The empirical research indicates that the increase of government's production subsidies has a significant positive impact on the domestic value-added of enterprises.Through heterogeneity analysis,it is found that the domestic value-added of enterprises in foreign-funded enterprises in various types of enterprises is most affected by production subsidies;at the same time, the production subsidies play a greater role in the eastern regions due to the relatively advanced infrastructure and economic development. Therefore, for enterprises, the government's productive subsidies have this important impact in the process of production and operation, and also affect the added value of the products produced by the enterprises.By increasing the government's productive subsidies to enterprises, they also increase the Subsidies in the central and western regions can effectively enhance the domestic value-added of enterprises' exports, help enterprises to continuously enhance their core competitiveness and market share in the international market, and help and promote the transformation and development of enterprises in the context of globalization.
