Under the background of innovation strategic,technology innovation enterprises have a bigger development space and more opportunities,especially in the independent property rights and proprietary technology.The new generation employees are the vitality of technology innovation enterprises,but also competitive talent capital.However,the huge demand for talents has led to frequent resignations,and the disordered and frequent turnover of the new generation employees has caused great negative impact.Therefore,to ensure the stability of the innovative talent team has become an urgent task.The study on the dynamic stability control of the turnover of the new generation employees is of great theoretical and practical significance in promoting the development of technology innovation enterprises.First of all,this paper defines the technology innovative enterprises,the new generation of employees and employee turnover based on employee turnover theory and robust control theory,and analyzes the factors that lead to the new generation employees turnover in technology innovative enterprises.Secondly,the dynamic stability control model is constructed based on robust theory,and the variables,software,mathematical theory and LMI toolbox of the model are analyzed.Finally,take an S technology innovation enterprises as an example,the application and validity of the dynamic stability control model are discussed,and put forward management measures.This paper has the following conclusions :(1)Based on the dynamic stability control model,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to control the flow of the new generation employees in technology innovative enterprises.(2)There are differences of the new generation employees in floworder,flow mode and flow motivation between technology innovative enterprises and ordinary enterprises.(3)The influencing factors of the new generation employees turnover in the technology innovation enterprise are mainly industry,enterprise,work and employees themselves.(4)The flow mode of the new generation employees in technology innovative enterprises includes inflow,outflow and internal flow.(5)There are three system states in the construction and application of the dynamic stability control model: no time-delay and internal flow,time-delay and internal flow,time-delay and external flow.(6)For the dynamic stability control of the new generation employees in technology innovative enterprises,it can be achieved through pre-management,stability management and after-management mechanism.The possible innovations of this paper are as follows: The first is to extend the application of uncertain time-delay system to the new generation employee turnover management in technology innovative enterprises.Secondly,based on robust control theory,the dynamic stability control model of new generation employee turnover in technology innovative enterprises is constructed.Thirdly,the dynamic stability control model of the new generation employees turnover in technology innovative enterprises is analyzed under different time delays and employee flow states.Limitations of this paper: First,there is no case study on the new generation employees turnover in technology innovative enterprises,and the amount of data collection is relatively insufficient.Second,there is a lack of detailed analysis of management measures for different positions of the new generation of employees,which needs to be further studied.
