This study takes Cenozoic staff as the research object,and to verify the mediating role between job satisfaction and turnover intention with the personality trait as the mediator variable.In this study,the new generation of employees in the automotive industry as the research object,using the questionnaire survey,Descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,Correlation analysis,regression analysis,mediator effect analysis,regulatory effect analysis,the study found:(1)The job satisfaction of the subjects was at the middle level,but the subjects' turnover intention was at the middle level.(2)There were significant differences in the satisfaction of colleagues in different sexes,but there was no statistically significant difference in other dimensions of job satisfaction and turnover intention.In the case of job satisfaction and turnover intention,subjects with different marital status did not Significant differences in statistical significance.(3)There were statistically significant differences in job satisfaction,personality traits,and turnover tendencies,with different educational levels,different years of work,different occupational types,and different income levels.(4)In the relationship between job satisfaction,personality traits and turnover intention,job satisfaction is significantly related to personality traits and turnover intention respectively.(5)In terms of job satisfaction,personality traits and turnover intention,job satisfaction and personality traits are predictive of turnover intention,and personality traits have mediating and regulating roles between job satisfaction and turnover intention.According to the results of the survey,it can be seen that there are significant differences in turnover intention,job satisfaction and personality traits among different generations of students with different educational attainment,different working years,different occupations,different income levels and different enterprise types.Job satisfaction 5 dimensions,Neuroticism,extroversion,and accountability have a mediating effect on job satisfaction and turnover intention;exogenous has a regulatory role between current job satisfaction and turnover intention.
