The ATM has increasingly become an important part of the channel construction of commercial banks with its convenience,high efficiency,low cost,wide distribution and all-day service.since 2016 With the popularity of smart phones,electronic payment has become popular.The demand for cash in people's daily life is gradually decline So,Location decision-making based on optimizing the layout of self-service outlets has become an important research topic for commercial banks.ATM location decision-making is a key link in the establishment of self-service network,and the quality of location decision-making directly affects the efficiency and development potential of the network.Because of the high cost of network construction,once the location decision is wrong,there will be huge opportunity cost.There are still many shortcomings and defects in the current decision-making system and process of self-service network location of Lanzhou Bank,which lead to the failure to fully and effectively exert the efficiency and potential of the network.Thus,this paper focuses on some quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,such as linear programming method,AHP analysis method,location decision under competitive conditions,PDCA cycle and other methods and theories,to optimize the decision-making scheme of self-service network site selection,put forward preliminary feasible optimization scheme of location decision-making,and put forward the prospect of the next research direction.This paper has certain guiding significance for the research on the channel construction of Lanzhou Bank's off-line self-service bank.Moreover it is helpful for the enterprise to establish a complete network location decision-making system.In addition,it can be used as a reference for other commercial facilities location decision-making.
