| With the improvement of people’s living standards, nutrient-rich dairy products is gradually being publicly loved, dairy industry correspondingly development rapidly. Dairy production is full of water, high protein, easily polluted by microorganisms. To ensure quality of dairy production and to inhibit microbial growth and enzyme activity, cold chain logistics is necessary. National dairy losses hugely, scission of cold-chain occur frequently, security of dairy production issues have been reported frequently, quality and safety have been attached great importance to the community. Thus, to strengthen and improve cold-chain logistics system has become essential. Dairy cold-chain logistics center is the hub and core nodes of dairy supply chain, enabling the entire transfer process more coherent and efficient. Location of dairy cold-chain logistics center play an important role in logistics operations and services scale. Domestic research about dairy logistics center location is few, but fewer studies have considered the existing relationship between the corruption rate time and temperature, therefore, study dairy-chain logistics center location problem has important practical and therotical significance.Through analyzing the characteristics and operational mode of dairy cold-chain logistics, this paper propose optimized objectives and principles of dairy cold chain logistics center, and it describes the factors affecting the dairy chain logistics center from the macro and micro aspects. Based on three classical logistics center location model and the concept of three cargo damage cost, with the target to minimize the total time and to minimum the total cost, this paper construct discrete dairy cold chain logistics center location double-objective optimization model. By designing genetic algorithm and using MATLAB to solve constructed model, finally introduct examples.Through these studies, the article could concluded:Double-objective optimization location model established in this paper is effective, Not only could provide theoretical basis about how to reduce the loss of goods for dairy-related industries, but also for dairy enterprises to provide a reference about how to improve transport efficiency and save costs. |
