Tourism is a globally recognized sunrise industry and an emerging industry.It is also a pillar and comprehensive industry for sustained high-speed and stable growth in the world economy.With the deepening of economic globalization and integration,the world’s tourism industry has entered a golden age of rapid development.This booming momentum has attracted a large number of investors,and more and more companies have begun to enter the industry to seek new development opportunities.GCC International Travel Service Co.,Ltd.has been born in this era of background and wave.Under the diversified development and strategic layout of GCC group,GCC International Travel Service Co.,Ltd.fully relies on GCC’s 40 years of overseas experience and resources,aiming to focus on creating tourism products and services featuring African tourism projects to attract consumers,and to seek new economic growth points for enterprises.However,in the development process of the company in the past few years,the results are not satisfactory,the actual business situation is far from the original strategic concept,and the enterprise development is in trouble.How to stand in the fierce market competition and get out of the predicament and realize the sustainable development of the company has been a major problem to the company.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper combines the current status and trends of tourism development and analyzes enterprises.Using STEEP analysis framework、Porter’s five-force model and SWOT analysis method,this paper analyzes the opportunities、threats、advantages and disadvantages faced by GCC International Travel Service,and then clarifies the development direction of the enterprise and formulates the development strategy of the enterprise.This paper puts forward specific implementation measures from the strategic resources、core business and marketing strategy of the enterprise,and then proposes safeguard measures from the aspects of organization、human resources and corporate culture.Finally,the content is summarized,the shortcomings are explained,and the prospect is put forward.
