With the national policy support and the promotion of e-commerce,The logistics industry is developing rapidly,There are more and more logistics enterprises in the market,Facing increasingly fierce competition,Logistics enterprises in order to improve their competitiveness,Begin to carry out asset-light management,Transfer of an operating company to a franchisee.After the franchisee takes over,the original direct company organizational changes,the enterprise because of organizational changes appear many problems.In this context,this paper takes dada logistics in Tianchang City as the research object,and studies the problems after the organizational reform of enterprises.The paper follows the idea of raising,analyzing and solving problems,Mainly through organizational change theory,process reengineering theory,organizational structure theory and activity-based costing,This paper analyzes the problems and causes after the organizational reform of dada logistics in Tianchang City.Through field investigation and theoretical induction,Propose solutions to the company's problems,And based on the countermeasures,the implementation steps,implementation difficulties and key points,and implementation effect evaluation are given,And from the system,personnel,information,resources four aspects of safeguards.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Tianchang City DaDa logistics managers to enhance their management ability and logistics management knowledge,Design an organizational structure appropriate to the company's current situation,Select financial methods suitable for logistics companies and optimize existing business processes.(2)Tianchang City DaDa logistics human resources to take the performance assessment,fully improve the enthusiasm of employees,improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
