Since 1990's, BPR (Business Process Reengineering) has became a hot topic and was regarded as an other revolution of business management after the TQM (Total Quality Management) theory. The idea of BPR is to review and redesign enterprise's process and reengineer new process, according to the change of competitive environment and the demands of customs. The performance of BPR will break down the limit of functional departments and construct a new organization, which is process-based and operated by different teams. It is a useful and rational topic not only in the theory aspect but also in the practical manner to research the cooperative mechanism of BPR and Organizational Transformation combined by the case of company.First, the background, purpose, meaning, methods and main contents are put forward in the first chapter. In the second part, the theory of BPR and Organizational Transformation and their cooperative mechanism are summarized. Based on this, further analysis is made on the influence over Business Process Reengineering of the Organizational inertia from the aspect of Organizational inertia, and four dimensionalities are put forward to measure influence over Business Process Reengineering of the Organizational inertia, that is, formalization, centralization, integration and complexity. In the forth part, further research is made on the promoting role of BPR and Organizational Transformation, by the analysis of two dimensional model of significant of Organizational structure and Organizational process, and new method about the reconstruction of the Organizational structure based on the Business Process. The support of optimization of Organizational environment to BPR is discussed in the part five, the information system is the enabler to the BPR, and Business Process Reengineering is ultimately implemented by different levels of staff of the company, the relations between staff decide the success or failure of the BPR. And the better corporate culture has great support and promotion to the further change of the company. Based on the previous theory analysis, the case study is made in the sixth chapter and got the conclusion.
