As a country with a large population,China has placed the development of agricultural informationization at an important position.In recent years,the exchange of information becomes more convenient and rapid due to the quick development of scientific technologies.Information technologies are thus adopted to improve information services in agricultural field,which promotes the development and perfection of the agricultural information service system.On the one hand,it has brought great convenience to production.On the other hand,it can further promote the development and improvement of the agricultural information service system.The agricultural experts are the ones that play a vital role in dealing with various agricultural related issues.However,due to the differences in the areas of expertise that agricultural experts are good at and the diversification of customer issues,the actual problems that need to be solved may not be that of agricultural experts.good at.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the relationship between agricultural experts and agricultural issues to be solved,and associates agricultural expert information with customer needs by analyzing a variety of recommendation algorithms.Based on the actual problems raised by customers,the most appropriate agricultural experts are recommended to build a complete system.The agricultural expert information service recommendation model,in addition,in order to better assess the capabilities and performance of agricultural experts,also put forward a set of evaluation methods for agricultural experts performance evaluation.According to the user's problem solving rate,expert's professional level,service attitude and other factors as performance evaluation indicators,get a performance evaluation result.The customer can have more choices based on the results of the agricultural expert's performance evaluation and get better services.The main research results of the thesis are as follows:(1)An agricultural expert information service recommendation model is designed.The model is based on a mixed recommendation algorithm combining with expert performance evaluation indicators,such as: the problem solving efficiency,the expert professionalism,the expert service quality,and the expert research results.The agricultural experts' recommendation scores are calculated according to the matching degree between the agricultural experts and the agricultural issues to be solved,and a weighted regression adjustment is applied to the scores by using an agricultural expert scoring mathematical model.Finally,a list of recommended agricultural experts was generated from high to low.(2)A set of agricultural expert performance evaluation methods are given.A mathematical model of performance evaluation indicators is established.Using the actual expert performance evaluation criteria and actual data,Logistic regression is used to adjust the weights of various indicators.On the one hand,agricultural experts are more accurately assessed.Business capabilities,on the other hand,provides the necessary decision-making information for the agricultural expert information service recommendation model.(3)Based on the above recommendation system model,based on J2 EE technology,with SSH as the development framework,MySQL as the database,and a Web-based agricultural expert information service system is implemented.The system not only provides agricultural expert information service recommendation functions,but also includes the latest developments in China's current agriculture and historical solutions to agricultural related issues.
