Analysis On The Status Quo And Research On Countermeasures Of Leisure Agriculture In Shanghai

In the era of leisure economy,the leisure industry flourished in our country.As a fusion of modern agriculture and leisure industry,leisure agriculture has become a new favorite in the tourism market in recent years.Leisure agriculture is a new type of cross-industry which has the functions of production,life and ecology.It can not only increase the income of peasants and prosper rural economy,but also relieve the pressure of city,which has broad market prospects.Shanghai,as a city developing domestic leisure agriculture early,has experienced remarkable achievements after nearly 30 years of development.But behind the rapid development,it also exposed some problems and shortcomings.The leisure agriculture in Shanghai has the characteristics of urban peripheral type.Starting from the analysis of leisure agricultural resources,the paper puts forward the available landscape resources including industrial resources,natural resources and human resources.The industrial resources constitute the foundation;Although the natural landscape resources is a single geomorphic landscape and lack of landscape resources,but the"one river,one lake,one bay,three islands"feature of water towns south of Yangtze,rich suburban ecological elements and local culture landscape can become the basis for the development of leisure agriculture.From the development process,the past 30 years of leisure agriculture in Shanghai experienced a low level of farmhouse restaurant from prosperity to decline,leisure agricultural attractions from quantity growth to quality upgrading which are the overall development trend.This paper constructs the index of leisure agriculture comprehensive development,locates the development level of Shanghai in major cities of China and compares it with Beijing,and puts forward the characteristics and shortcomings of the development of leisure agriculture in Shanghai.Based on the analysis of the data of 323 scenic spots in Shanghai,it is put forward that the development orientation of leisure agriculture in Shanghai is not clear,the depth of resource excavation is not enough,and the status of farmers' interests is insufficient.On the basis of fully analyzing the problems,it puts several solutions.In view of the development orientation,it is necessary to improve the function and direction of the management department.According to the development trend and requirements of the public leisure,it put forward the development orientation based on the tourists' demands,and create the new pattern of global tourism in leisure agriculture.In view of the lack of resources5 deeply mining,innovative product types should be created in the fine spots.Besides,fuse with the surrounding tourism resources and develop high-lever leisure agricultural products such as the allotment garden.In view of the insufficient status of farmers,we should actively encourage multi-subjects to participate in the development of leisure agriculture and establish the mechanism of benefit sharing.Based on the current development of leisure agriculture in Shanghai and the relevant theories of leisure agriculture development and foreign experience,this paper explores the characteristics and problems of leisure agriculture development in Shanghai,and puts forward some development strategies aiming at helping the innovation and development of leisure agriculture in Shanghai.
