As an intrinsic driver of value creation,transaction attributes improve business performance by introducing new transaction content,changing operational mechanisms,and improving transaction governance.The institutional attribute is that the enterprise actively organizes the legal strategy to obtain the identification and support of other stakeholders,and to achieve self-sustaining survival and development under the pressure of compulsory,normative and cognizant enterprises,thereby enhancing the strategic performance of the enterprise,.From the current theoretical results,one view is Amit & Zott's theory as a representative based on Joseph Alois Schumpeter's innovation theory,strategic network,resource view and transaction cost theory which means transaction attributes is the key of business performance.Another point of view is that the new institutionalism school believes that the legitimacy of enterprises is also an important factor affecting the performance of enterprises,and the institutional attributes are extracted.However,how do transaction attributes and institutional attributes affect corporate strategic performance? What is the mechanism and path of the transaction attributes and institutional attributes on corporate strategic performance? A complete explanation of these issues has not been given theoretically.The case study method was selected,and Yili was used as the research object.Based on the grounded theory and the data coding,the transaction attributes and institutional attributes of Yili's three stages were analyzed according to the collected information,and the balanced scorecard was used to calculate the enterprise.The strategic performance of the three stages explores how the trading attributes and institutional attributes affect the strategic performance of the company in the Chinese context.What is the influence mechanism of trading attributes and institutional attributes on corporate strategic performance? The research results show that Yili is performance equilibrium when the transaction attribute and institutional attribute are realized together.The transaction attribute enhances the competitiveness of the enterprise,gains the transaction advantage and promotes the improvement of the strategic performance of the enterprise.And the system attribute obtains the legality,thus ensuring the transaction.Sustainability,which in turn promotes the improvement of corporate strategic performance.At the same time,it describes in detail how the two aspects of transaction attributes and institutional attributes affect the strategic performance of enterprises,and constructs a path theory framework that combines transaction attributes and institutional attributes to influence the strategic performance of enterprises.The research conclusion not only clarifies the relationship between transaction attributes and institutional attributes and strategic performance,but also broadens the theoretical boundaries of transaction attributes and institutional attributes.It also has practical guiding significance for how to apply transaction attributes and institutional attributes to improve strategic performance.
