Risk Study Of On PPP Projects Asset Securitization Of Kingland Nutrigation CO

At present,the introduction of asset securitization in PPP projects has important practical significance for revitalizing stock assets,establishing a benign exit mechanism and mobilizing the enthusiasm of social capital.Because PPP asset securitization in China started late and is in the stage of development,so the risk management of PPP asset securitization is particularly important.Current research scholars mainly focus on qualitative analysis of PPP+ABS risk.Based on the caseKingland Nutrigation CO special plan,this paper adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct relevant risk research.On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the relevant theories of PPP asset securitization and its market operation,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the Kingland Nutrigation CO special plan,and identifies the risks of the special plan by combining literature research and expert investigation.Then,the risk of identification is quantitatively evaluated by using the method of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)and expert questionnaire.The results of risk assessment show that the overall risk level of Kingland Nutrigation CO special plan is "low risk",but the risk level of key risk factors is still higher.Subsequently,this paper analyses the results of risk assessment of Kingland Nutrigation CO special plan,and deeply analyses the key risks.The results show that there are some potential problems in Kingland Nutrigation CO special plan,which affect its liquidity risk,such as imperfect trading mechanism,limited information disclosure,inadequate product standardization,etc.and the inconsistency of cash flow forecast.Reasonably affect its cash flow forecast risk;the restriction of franchise transfer affects its bankruptcy isolation risk and so on.Finally,this paper puts forward specific optimization suggestions for risk prevention of Kingland Nutrigation CO special plan,including: initiative and continuous information disclosure,optimization of cash flow forecast,optimization of cash flow collection mechanism,establishment of collection mechanism and other specific measures;at the same time,through the study of this case,we can draw lessons and Enlightenment from risk prevention of PPP asset securitization.
