At present,online shopping has penetrated into the daily life of the public,credit consumption has been accepted by more and more people,and the scene of credit consumption has also extended from offline to online.Since the first launch of JD.com's "Jingdong Baitiao" Internet credit products in 2014,various Internet giants have used their vast customer base and mature data technology advantages to develop various consumer credit products based on Internet technology.The scale and development speed of China's Internet consumer finance is increasing rapidly,and it plays an increasingly important role in the development of the entire financial industry and even the country's economy.However,due to the development of the entire industry for less than ten years,many Internet companies have not fully understood and prepared the consumer credit market.At the same time,the relevant regulatory agencies have not perfected the supervision of emerging industries,resulting in the blind expansion of some Internet consumer credit platforms.There are still many shortcomings in risk controlAs the first online credit consumer product in the industry,Jingdong Baitiao has achieved tremendous development in just a few years and has become one of the industry benchmarks.At present,Jingdong Baitiao is representative of the whole industry in terms of scale development and risk control.Therefore,this paper selects Jingdong Baitiao as a case study.This paper first reviews the development process of China's Internet consumer credit industry.Subsequently,the Jingdong Baitiao was introduced in depth,and its development motivation was analyzed.The Jingdong Baitiao and Ant check later were compared and analyzed,and a series of developments against Jingdong Baitiao and other Internet consumer credit platforms were extracted.Suggest.This paper focuses on the risk analysis of JD.com,focusing on the credit risk generation mechanism and risk transmission mechanism of JD.It points out the shortcomings of Jingdong Baitiao risk control system,and at the same time it may face Jingdong Baitiao.Other specific risks were analyzed.Finally,this paper puts forward specific prevention and control suggestions for the risks faced by Jingdong Baitiao,and proposes specific improvement measures from the three risk control stages: “pre-lending”,“loaning” to “post-loan”.This paper concludes that the development of the Internet consumer credit platform relies on resources such as capital,consumption data,and big data technology.Internet consumer credit companies must grasp these key elements in the process of seeking to grow and develop,and must also grasp the external macro environment.Keep the corporate development strategy in line with national policies and focus on compliance management.At the same time,it points out that the construction of Jingdong Baitiao needs to strengthen the construction of the payment system,and to support the expansion of the use scope of the business.Through the analysis of the credit risk generation mechanism of Jingdong Baitiao,this paper finds that information asymmetry,information between various platforms can not be effectively shared,the data collection depth and breadth of the business platform is insufficient,and the user's moral defects are a series of problems that induce platform credit risk.main reason.In addition to credit risk,Internet consumer credit companies are also faced with specific risks such as legal,technical and information disclosure,stolen and cashed.Finally,this paper puts forward that in the risk response,Internet consumer credit enterprises must first fully understand and understand the development of the industry,master the risk generation mechanism,and improve the risk control process of “pre-lending”,“loaning” and “post-loaning”.Establish a risk warning mechanism,and work together with relevant regulatory agencies and government departments to stifle risks at the source...
