Research On YT Industry Audit Failure

In the past ten years,audit failure cases occurred frequently,which seriously affected the certified public accountants and accounting firms,and the trust in the society dropped sharply,and the corresponding certified public accountants and accounting firms were also punished.It is particularly necessary to study the causes of audit failure,improve audit quality and explore the preventive measures for audit failure.By RH certified public accountants to Hainan YT industrial development co.,LTD.Audit failure case study,analyzed on the basis of the actual audit failure problem: the auditor in the audit initially failed to fully understand of the audited units and the abnormal situation has not been able to focus on financial data information,the audit program execution does not reach the designated position.In view of the problem of audit failure,this paper analyzes the reasons from the perspectives of certified public accountants,accounting firms and industry environment.The audit failure is caused by the lack of necessary audit process,the lack of independence of auditors and the lack of professional ability.According to the reasons of the audit failure,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,such as improving the quality of auditors and paying attention to the difficulties in special industries,so as to provide reference for RH firms to cope with the audit failure and improve the internal management control system.
