Research On The Operational Benefits Of Rail Transit In Chengdu

In China,the rapid development of economy and urbanization raised the population in metropolises,which also enlarged those metropolises.The shortage of road traffic which brings serious congestion and environmental pollution become increasingly prominent.It also greatly affected the economy development in metropolises.The ideal solution to solve this problem is the subway system which can carry lots of people on one route simultaneously with multiple trains.Subway system is also safe and high efficiency.Thus,tremendous progress of the development of the subway system has been made in metropolises,and flexible route plan can be made due to its innate property of traveling underground.Because the safety problems of subway system can lead to serious consequences,it is necessary to analyze the existing problems in the operation and management of subway system.This paper takes Chengdu subway systems as the research object and deeply analyze its management and operation principle.The present situation of camp management and the corresponding problems are explored and summarized.On the one hand,Chengdu subway is largely dependent on subsidies,the existing business is single and lack of comprehensive utilization of subway stations and resources along the route,on the other hand,there are significant problems in the operation efficiency of Chengdu subway,some of which lack a clear concept of operation cost.The cost of operation and maintenance is high,and the level of utilizing intelligent system is low.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze how to improve the efficiency of Chengdu subway operation and provide suggestions and references.Based on the above analysis,this paper refers to the theoretical books and materials related to internal control and operation management combined with many years of practical experience accumulated in the subway system.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the comprehensive development of resources,cost control,government subsidies and the feasibility of reforming the operation status of Chengdu subway according to the local characteristics of Chengdu.This paper suggests some measures to improve the operation efficiency of Chengdu subway.Thespecific contents are divided into the following three aspects: First,aiming at the dependence of Chengdu subway operation subsidy,this paper summarizes and analyzes the typical urban subway operation subsidy model,and introduces the introduction of the subway operation subsidy model.Secondly,taking the comprehensive development of Shenzhen subway operation resources as an example,the operation strategy is analyzed,and it is pointed out that there are shortcomings in the development of resources in Chengdu subway operation at present.At the same time,utilizing the Chengdu subway operation data to establish the cost management factor index to carry out the analysis and research.Finally,summing up the present situation of Chengdu subway operation,this paper suggests on the government subsidy mode,resource development,cost control and so on.The content tries to provide reference for the improvement of Chengdu subway operation and management.
