The existence of the financial crisis has always reminded us to guard against all kinds of risks, and commercial banks,as a key part of the financial industry, are related to the stability and unity of the country's economy and society. However,in the face of an increasingly fierce market competition environment, commercial banks in order to obtain more development opportunities, have focused their efforts on expanding the scale of business growth.Risks always coexist with opportunities, and as financial markets continue to develop and innovate, financial risks are more diversified and complicated, and if they blindly pursue development and neglect their own risk management and control,it will have a negative impact on the banks themselves and China's financial stability.Starting with Harbin Bank,Harbin Bank landed in Hong Kong's capital market in 2014,which is the third listed City Commercial bank in China after the bank of Chongqing and Huizhou Merchants Bank, and the first to be listed in the Northeast region.First of all, based on the data of the financial report after the listing of Harbin Bank, this paper explains the financial status of Harbin Bank by analyzing the balance sheet, profit statement and owner's equity change statement, and from the aspects of profitability, liquidity, capital adequacy ratio,The four directions of asset quality Select different indexes to analyze the potential financial risks of Harbin Bank, and we can see that the profitability of Harbin Bank has been gradually reduced since its listing, whether from the point of return of total assets or the rate of return on net assets, which has been decreasing year by year since 2014.Harbin Bank's asset quality situation is also worrying,as of 2018 released the latest interim report, found that Harbin Bank's non-performing loan rate is still rising, but the loan impairment loss Reserve is not sufficient, the provision coverage has not been increased accordingly.Secondly,in order to evaluate the financial risk of Harbin Bank more fully, this paper uses analytic hierarchy Process(AHP)as the main guidance for the supervision policy issued by China's regulatory authorities, and refers to the research results of Chinese scholars in the related aspects of financial risk, combined with the current situation of Harbin Bank's management,to build a profit index, asset quality index, capital adequacy index, liquidity Index and market index five standard layer as the framework of the evaluation system,at the same time selected and Harbin bank similar city firm horizontal comparison, comprehensive analysis of Harbin Bank's financial risk situation.Through the analysis results,we can see that the asset quality risk index accounts for the largest weight, while the asset quality performance of Harbin Bank since its listing is decreasing year by year, followed by liquidity index, profit index, capital adequacy index and market index. Finally, through the study of this paper,it is found that there is a great risk in the capital quality of Harbin Bank, mainly because the bad loan rate is rising year by year and higher than the average level of the city firm, and the change of market interest rate has a great influence on Harbin Bank, which leads to the increase of market risk since the listing;,Harbin Bank has a certain degree of risk. The existence of these risks can also reflect to a certain extent that Harbin Bank still needs to improve and strengthen the risk monitoring mechanism, the existing internal control system to implement the implementation of poor. Therefore, the most important thing is to first adjust and improve the internal system of the Bank, and secondly to make targeted improvements from the remaining five aspects,so that Harbin Bank in the increasingly fierce financial environment to maintain the trend of continuous development.
