Evaluation And Study On The Risks Of Electronic Bank Based On Wavelet And Analytic Hierarchy Process

While the electronic banking brings an opportunity for banks, it also has brought risks. As the e-banking is an emerging thing, not all the banks on their analysis and assessment of the risks are perfect. Therefore, the correct analysis, evaluation and prediction of the risks of e-banking, have the very important significance regarding each bank.The main purpose of this paper is to study the risks that the electronic bank faces, as well as the risks to its horizontal and vertical analysis. The main researches include the following aspects:Firstly, after introducing the time series, the electronic bank's data are decomposited and restructured by wavelet. Combined with evidence theory, the electronic bank's risks forecasting method is proposed based on wavelet and the evidence theory unifies. After using this method, the forecast of the electronic bank's risks becomes more scientific and rational.Secondly, based on analyzing the electronic bank's operation risk events, an electronic bank's risks model is established. The influence coefficients of the electronic bank each factor to its risks are evaluated by AHP. The results show that not only the explicit responsibility and the regular investigation in the internal management and the monitoring, but also staff's knowledge skill and the loyalty, influence the electronic bank's risks greatly. Banks should pay attention to these two aspects.
