With the fast development of economy and increasing acceleration of financial market in recent years,financial disintermediation and marketization of interest have become the new trends of the market.The strong needs for capital has driven the financial market to grow,and intermediation of bank has shrunken,thus the competition has become more and more intense.Meanwhile small and micro businesses grow rapidly everyday,which constitutes an important part of China's economy.Under this macro-economic environment,government supports the development of small and micro businesses in China.All the banks provide various services for small and micro businesses and make it their future competition strategy.Wuxi branch of BC Bank is experienced and advantageous in local market as a long-term participant in Wuxi economy.Its mode of credit factory was unique and mature way of financial service for small and micro businesses.However,with the downward economy and grim external environment of the industry,the existing mode can no longer satisfy the needs for its development.This thesis is based on Wuxi branch of BC bank,organizing and analyzing related issues about credit service for small and micro businesses from both macro and micro perspective.Using tools like SWOT analysis,five forces models,this thesis analyzes Wuxi branch's position in competition strategy,internal and external environment,existing resources,measurement to improve.This thesis provide theoretical and practical improving measurement considering business mode,organization mode and commercial mode to help Wuxi branch of BC bank realize its development goal.In conclusion,Wuxi branch of BC bank should provide differentiated services to small and micro businesses by establishing layered appraisal,differentiated marketing models and targeting specific client cluster,hence realizing its competition advantages.According to the existing foreign trade industrial customer clusters of BC Bank Wuxi Branch,it is of great necessity to provide differentiated financial services for the existing customers on the basis of keeping on top,so that these enterprises can become the core customers of BC Bank Wuxi Branch.On this basis,it is also necessary to fully tap the upstream and downstream enterprises,combined with tax loans,science and technology loans and other new products.Products,in its industrial chain,make full use of the strategy of differentiated marketing mode to select high-quality enterprises,deep cultivate cluster customers,so as to maximize the effectiveness of foreign trade cluster customers.In addition,Wuxi intends to become a strong,rich and beautiful industrial city,which regards The Internet of Things as its city card.BC Bank Wuxi Branch can dock with the Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone.The government organizes qualified customers in the jurisdiction to hold a seminar to build the Internet of Things industrial cluster as another key foreign trade cluster.Only in this way can BC bank Wuxi branch take the advantage in the competitive environment where wolves are waiting.
