The regular passenger plan refers to the business means that the chain hotel group makes the profit of the hotel members through the form of membership to train customers to use the hotel official network and the custom of the official app,to improve customer loyalty and to improve the stickiness of member consumption.This article holds that,as the chain hotel group has made a real transfer to the hotel members through the regular passenger plan,and the domestic market share of the third party is higher,the passenger plan has no advantage over the popularity and the actual use range.For the sake of economic interests,hotel members will get the maximum profit from chain hotels by adjusting their domestic travel preferences.This paper holds that,because of the complexity of the ordinary passenger plan itself,the performance of the chain hotel group is very diverse.Therefore,the difference of the different domestic travel plans in the same regular passenger plan rules is very far from the concessional difference.Therefore,the hotel members will adjust their travel plans according to the characteristics of the frequent flyer program.It mainly includes travel preferences such as travel budget and time.The main influence of frequent flyer schemes on hotel membership is three aspects: membership rights,points convertibility and promotion activities.Therefore,this article will also analyze the impact of frequent flyer program on hotel members' domestic travel preferences through these three aspects.Membership interest means that the chain hotel group provides additional hotel service and accommodation experience to the hotel members through the regular passenger plan,including the extra hotel service and accommodation experience,such as breakfast,housing upgrade,administrative treatment,early check-in and postponed return.Although the actual cost of hotel services is not high,these services have greatly enhanced the travel experience of members.However,because of these extra hotel services and accommodation experience,the intensity of demand for hotel members is not the same,so the ways and efforts are different.This article mainly from the Hilton Hotel group,the hotel group of Marriott,the group of Marriott,the Accor hotel group,the Kaiyuan hotel group,the Monarch Hotel Group,the Jinling Hotel Management Company,and so on,the membership treatment of the chain hotel group,which is widely distributed and has high representative in China.Based on the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the impact of members' rights and interests on members' travel preferences.In particular,the impact of hotel members on Select Hotel,choosing travel destinations and choosing travel budgets.This article believes that the upgrade of the house type,especially the super expected room type upgrade will significantly change the member's travel preference,including the change of the travel hotel,the change of the travel time,the higher probability of getting the room type upgrade,and even the super specification of the hotel type upgrade.Integral exchange means that hotel members get hotel points through accommodation,consumption and other ways,and then convert into free accommodation rights.As most hotels use the level to determine the integral price of free accommodation,the different Hotels with the same integral may have different cash values.This article will select four members of Marriott International Hotel Group,InterContinental Hotel group,Hilton Hotel group,group of Hilton Hotel and other members through integral exchange exemption.The hotel group,which has more frequent fees and interests,analyzes the exchange rules of the hotel group and the distribution of the domestic hotels to determine its influence on the travel preference of the members.This paper holds that,because of the integral convertibility rule,there is an unequal relationship between the integral price and the actual price,and the hotel members will change their travel time for the purpose of integration for the purpose of economy.In addition,the special integration method also affects the hotel members' travel preference,which is embodied in the organization of a travel for the very high price to price integration.Sales promotion refers to the chain hotel group providing different forms of discount and profit to the members.Hotel chain group's Hotel promotions are required to be booked on the official network through the membership account,so it belongs to the directional promotion of the hotel members.The promotion activities of chain hotel group mainly include direct discounts,extra bonus points and so on.Through promotional activities,the Check Inn Hotel will directly or indirectly reduce the hotel's predetermined cost,and will be allowed to stay at the hotel of the international chain hotel group at a minimum or even lower price.Therefore,the low cost of consumption,the higher hotel quality of the international chain hotel group and the more perfect and perfect hotel service will also affect the traveler's travel preference to a great extent.This paper argues that the impact of promotion activities mainly include: promotion activities reduce the difficulty and cost of obtaining high level members,provide high integral feedback for promotion activities,indirectly reduce hotel accommodation costs and provide free accommodation for promotion activities,which can provide excess reward feedback.Therefore,because of the pursuit of high feedback,hotel members will change their travel preferences to meet the requirements of the terms of activity.In fact,the hotel members,especially the hotel senior members,have a more comprehensive understanding of the travel and the relative number of the travel planning.Therefore,there is no lack of planning that leads to non circumstances,and the travel preference is greatly influenced by economic factors,so the promotion has a great influence on the preference.Members are willing to change travel time,travel destinations or even plan special trips for promotional activities.Through the analysis of this paper,we can find that the vast majority of the hotel members are more valuable to the cost of travel.Therefore,we are willing to use the rules of the regular passenger plan to change the preference of domestic travel to improve the cost performance of travel.Therefore,our hotel industry,tourism industry,as well as tourist attractions and local government of the city,should see the content of this area,use the preferences of the hotel members to develop tourism.
