Case Study On Information Security Management Of W Company

With the acceleration of modern information construction process,modern enterprises choose to strengthen business operation through information technology platform,which makes the production efficiency of modern enterprises generally improved,and at the same time gets the purpose of effectively controlling operating costs.However,the use of information technology can bring economic benefits,but the existence of various factors also make enterprises face information security risks,or appear commercial data leak time,or there are program design defects,or induce service paralysis,or a vulnerability attack event,and so on.Therefore,information security management has become one of the key contents of modern enterprise management.Sustainability for modern enterprises continue development,reduce,eliminate information security hidden danger,ensure information security urgent need to be solved.The research on related topics is also conducive to further examine the internal and external information security issues,so as to further learn from the experience of information security,and better strengthen the management of information security.Based on the theory of information security management,this paper takes W Company as an example,through literature analysis,case study,combined with some cases to analyze the existing problems of W company information security management.Then,based on the analysis of its specific causes,the corresponding solutions and implementation protection are given.Based on the enterprise information security management theory,this paper is mainly used document analysis method and case study method.On the one hand,the research in this paper is a supplement to the existing theoretical research on enterprise information security management,especially the case study.On the other hand,the information security management system of W company can be taken as a reference for other similar enterprises.
