With the continuous improvement of China's economic level and national income level,the economic structure transformation is speeding up.Traditionally,the economic structure dominated by industrial manufacturing has gradually changed into service industry.Although total amount increase,China's service industry management level is unable to match current market size,relevant research on service management is just in time.In recent years,internet has accelerated the penetration of the service industry.The differentiation of products and technologies among enterprises in the internet financial industry has been decreasing because of the continuous popularization of technology.The internet financial industry under the trend of homogeneous products needs to return to services,and services have become a breakthrough point of differentiation.Improving service management level is not only the requirement of external competition,but also the requirement of internal development of enterprises.Based on the case study of service management of TRJ,it can provide a reference or example for the exploration of service management in emerging industries.Classical theory of service value chain classifies services and emphasizes the importance of internal and external services,which are important factors affecting enterprise creation.Employee and customer satisfaction are the most important indicators to evaluate the quality of internal and external services.Through the analysis of these two indicators,we can realize the analysis of the target enterprises,and find out the related problems,and provide the basis for the optimization of the service value chain.By optimizing the service value chain and improving the service quality,the enterprise's value creation ability and profitability can be improved.On the basis of summarizing the previous research results of related subjects and theories and combining with the actual management situation of TRJ,this paper refines the service value chain model of TRJ itself,and summarizes the problems existing in the service value chain of TRJ company by analyzing the model.By putting forward and implementing the optimization scheme of TRJ based on service value chain,the existing problems of TRJ should be well solved.Finally,this paper summarizes and reviews the impact of TRJ and the whole industry from the perspective of service management based on the theory of service value chain,and briefly summarizes the application prospects and shortcomings.
